Second mission from Sergeant Kylon.

Go to the Granwed Noble Tavern and approach The Crimson Oars Leader.

Persuade or Intimidate them to leave. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to fight them.

Return to Kylon for a reward: 3 gold.

Once you finish other quests in which you are required to kill thugs in Denerim come back to Kylon, he might reward you with some cash (4 gold).
