Elder Miriam wants you to craft three lesser health poultices for her. If you have necessary components you might craft the items straight away. Otherwise you will have to take a walk in the woods and gather them.

   You can buy unlimited flasks from the merchant in Lothering’s tavern to help you make poultices and poisons.

   not worth the price, there are potions everywhere in the game
   the reward is good only for this quest
