Enter Orzammar Commons. From there head to the Diamond Quarter and to the Chamber of the Assembly. You will wind Steward behind the large door.

Don’t talk to him to early, he won’t help you if the Assembly is still debating.

   I talked to the steward, and he just says: ” the assembly is still debating”

   then appears 3 anwsers to choose:
   - How the assembly is going…
   - Wich is the assembly menbers are…
   - Tell me when the stop bickering…(i choose this one to terminate the conversation)

   And then he says: Only Bhelen or Harrawmont can solve this…

   And nothing more.
   So what i do? I already participated in the battlegrounds of the dwarfs,won it.
   And i went all Deep roads.

   You have to go into the debate room and talk to him he should lead you out of the room and u still talk to him but then he told me to find DULIN to start the quest.

   You have to go to the Diamond Quarters, Go staright until you see Harrowmont’s Estate. No one will be there, then exit and keep goaway from the door back to the Commons. Then you will see the Assembly Chamber open the door thn talk to the man do what it says and TA DA!!!!

   Can’t get the debate to stop… Where do I go once I’ve spoken to Steward Bandallar? I’ve finished everything, but can’t get the door to the Assembly to open…. gah!

   it never worked….. this part is very strange? the mission is unclear. what should we do to finish this part? open the door using a shovel?? =.=
