No one will be there, then exit and keep goaway from the door back to the Commons. Then you will see the Assembly Chamber open the door thn talk to the man do what it says and TA DA!!!! And nothing more. So what i do? I already participated in the battlegrounds of the dwarfs,won it. And i went all Deep roads. I talked to the steward, and he just says: ” the assembly is still debating”

then appears 3 anwsers to choose:
- How the assembly is going…
- Wich is the assembly menbers are…
- Tell me when the stop bickering…(i choose this one to terminate the conversation)

And then he says: Only Bhelen or Harrawmont can solve this…

And nothing more.
So what i do? I already participated in the battlegrounds of the dwarfs,won it.
And i went all Deep roads.
