Step 1 enable the cheats for the game Step 2 use this cheat "runscript zz_jump_around" it will randomly teleport you around the level of the tower that you are currently on use it enough times and you will get past the locked door. Step 3 when you get to where u need to get to the harrowing chamber your path is blocked so again use cheat "runscript zz_jump_around" till you can get to the chamber door. Step 4 after entering the harrowing chamber ( I HIGHLY recommend saving the game at this point) you will see irving and he will have a quest for you. its the same 1 you did as before and can do it again. This fixed my problem on my 1st try but im guessing some of you might have to try taking the quest afew times before it will work correctly thus i say Save the game soon as u get in the Chamber to save a lot of repeat work.
